Choose your ICHRA or group funding.
Then choose your benefits.

ICHRA / CHOICE · GROUP · LEVEL-FUNDED · SELF-FUNDED · ANCILLARY

Send employee and family information once. We compare traditional group coverage, an ICHRA / CHOICE Arrangement—and level- or self-funded options. After the employer chooses the funding strategy, employees shop medical and ancillary benefits in one connected experience.

POPULATION HEALTH INTELLIGENCE™

The data behind the quote becomes visible.

The basic quote uses census and market data. Add Predictive Risk Intelligence to layer aggregate, de-identified medical and pharmacy signals over the quote before the funding recommendation is made.

Just shop benefits.

Buying benefits should be as easy as buying groceries.

Skip employer setup and go straight to the store. Search, compare and build a personal package across medical, short-term medical, Medicare, dental, vision, life, supplemental coverage, HSA and everyday care.

ONE COMPLETE OUTPUTGroup, CHOICE and ancillary—configured together

Choose the standard configuration or add Risk Intelligence. Either path produces a clear funding comparison, employer contribution strategy, benefits package and employee shopping experience.

The ICHRA Shop provides the consulting and analysis. ChoiceBenefits.ai turns it into an employer strategy and an employee experience.

What makes Choice Benefits different

We start with the employer decision—not a predetermined product.

One census becomes a side-by-side funding recommendation and, when the employer is ready, a connected employee shopping experience.

01

Every funding arrangement

Compare fully insured group, level- or self-funded coverage, an ICHRA / CHOICE Arrangement, or a permitted combination.

02

Strategy before administrator

Set the contribution, reimbursement and service model first. Then evaluate the administrators and vendors that fit it.

03

Built through enrollment

Turn the employer recommendation into family-level plan shopping, split-plan decisions, ancillary benefits and live enrollment help.

OPTIONAL

Predictive Risk Intelligence

Add de-identified claims, prescription and specialty-drug insight when the funding decision needs a deeper view of risk.

One accountable benefits journey

Build. Launch. Shop. Manage.

Choice Benefits stays with the employer from the first budget comparison through plan documents, employee enrollment, reimbursements and renewal.

One strategy across the benefits market

Individual, group and ancillary carriers—together.

Choice Benefits is being built to compare the medical funding strategy first, then connect employees and employers to the carrier options that fit the final design.

Not every workforce needs the same answer.
Keep group coverage, move to individual choice, use eligible employee classes—or combine the approaches.

Clear answers

ICHRA and CHOICE Arrangement questions.

Choice Benefits separates the employer’s funding decision from vendor selection and employee shopping. Last reviewed September 20, 2026.

Is a CHOICE Arrangement the same as an ICHRA?
CHOICE Arrangement is the newer public-facing term used in federal employer materials for the individual coverage HRA commonly called ICHRA. Governing rules, plan documents, disclosures and tax reporting may still use ICHRA or Individual Coverage HRA.
Does Choice Benefits start with an ICHRA vendor?
No. We begin with the employer census and compare ICHRA or CHOICE, fully insured group, level-funded, self-funded and permitted class strategies. Vendor selection follows the funding recommendation.
Can employees shop medical and ancillary benefits together?
Yes. After the employer selects the funding strategy, employees can shop medical coverage and ancillary benefits in one connected experience, with enrollment support when included.
Who provides licensed insurance support?
Insurance products are offered through The ICHRA Shop Insurance Agency and appropriately licensed insurance producers. Choice Benefits provides the connected strategy, configuration, shopping and enrollment experience.
