Pricing assumptions and what this comparison means

Annual subscription = 12 × [$295 + $100 × (broker accounts − 1)]. Report estimates use the entered match count. Standard rate $2.50 per match; subscriber rate $2.00 per match. Final report charges are based on confirmed matches. Reports and subscription are separate charges. Taxes and other services are excluded. Discount savings do not represent insurance savings or a guaranteed return. The ring shows the annual subscription as a share of one account’s net revenue; values above 100% remain visible in the text.

Match counting, data availability, permitted use, analysis scope and delivery are confirmed in the report agreement. No report is generated by this calculator.

BROKER GUIDE

What Choice Benefits adds to the broker process.

Choice Benefits does not force every employer into ICHRA. It helps the broker document which funding strategy fits the workforce and why.

1

All Group

Test carrier participation, employer contribution, out-of-state access, renewal economics and whether the existing risk pool still performs.

2

CHOICE Arrangement

Model individual-market plans by employee age and ZIP code, affordability, employee classes and defined contributions for employees and families.

3

Best Combination

Where permitted, compare a class-based approach that preserves Group coverage where it works and introduces individual choice where it performs better.

From quote request to employer recommendation.

Secure intake

Submit employer information first. Census and current-plan documents move through a private upload process—not ordinary email.

Decision intelligence

Add Predictive Risk Intelligence starting at $5,000, with pricing based on eligible lives, for groups starting at five eligible employees when de-identified medical and Rx signals would strengthen the recommendation.

Complete implementation

Coordinate CHOICE plan documents, ERISA Wrap, Section 125, ACA reporting, COBRA, Medicare Secondary Payer reporting, payroll and employee enrollment.

BROKER FAQ

Questions brokers ask before submitting a group.

Can I keep control of my client?

Yes. The service is designed to support the broker’s employer relationship. The broker can remain the advisor, include a disclosed annual fee and use Choice Benefits for the analysis, implementation and employee experience.

Does every submission become a CHOICE Arrangement?

No. The comparison can support All Group, CHOICE Only or the best compliant combination. Participation, geography, carrier access, affordability, employee impact and available data determine the recommendation.

What is needed for a complete feasibility review?

Employer details, renewal timing, eligible census, current plans and rates, employer contributions, participation and employee locations. A complete standard feasibility review is targeted in under 24 hours after secure intake; optional risk analysis follows the agreed data scope.

Clear economics. A repeatable client workflow.

Before placement, agree what the broker retains, what CHOICE earns, who services the account and who manages renewal. Analysis and implementation can be scoped separately from placement; compensation and fees are disclosed for the engagement.

Review provider continuity and split-plan scenarios before selecting an administrator.

Evidence and eligibility
