These terms govern use of ChoiceBenefits.ai and its educational, planning, shopping and enrollment-support features.
Educational information
Website content and calculators provide general planning information and preliminary estimates. They are not legal, tax, accounting or medical advice and do not guarantee eligibility, savings, rates, plan availability or coverage.
Insurance and enrollment
Insurance products are offered through The ICHRA Shop Insurance Agency and appropriately licensed producers. Product availability, rates, networks, benefits and eligibility vary by location, carrier and applicant. Coverage is effective only when confirmed by the applicable carrier or administrator.
Employer responsibilities
Employers remain responsible for final plan decisions and for obtaining appropriate legal, tax, payroll, affordability and compliance guidance. CHOICE Arrangement is a public-facing term; governing documents and reporting may continue to use Individual Coverage HRA or ICHRA.
Third-party services
Links may open third-party carrier, administrator, booking, payment or benefit websites. Their terms, privacy practices and availability apply. Some links may be compensated or referral relationships and are identified where appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or upload sensitive information outside the designated secure process.
