Plan and rate availability vary by location and year. Group rates are preliminary estimates; level-funded, self-funded and PEO options begin with a review request.
Compare ICHRA and small-group health insurance.
Start with the employer’s location, requested effective date and the people who need coverage. ICHRA quotes model individual-market premiums and employer allowances. Small-group quotes compare matching group plans across the quoted households and show preliminary employer and employee premium costs. Rates and eligibility require carrier verification.
For a useful comparison, use the same workforce and effective date, and account for administration, broker fees and actual participation. An ICHRA allowance and a group-plan contribution are different funding designs; a lower premium alone does not establish the best arrangement.
Considering group coverage for one employee class and ICHRA for another? Explore Group + ICHRA class planning. Proposed classes, contribution terms and affordability need review before implementation. The quote tools remain separate workspaces; they do not automatically transfer a census or activate benefits.
Keep employee details in the protected quoting tools. Do not send Social Security numbers, claims or medical histories through general inquiry forms. If you need a broader comparison, review the available funding paths before choosing a quote.
