Start your company

Sign in with ChatGPT using your employer contact email. Select Add employer, enter the company and contact details, then add employees or import the CSV template.

Set contributions

Save a flat monthly employee allowance and dependent allowance. Newly added employees use the employee allowance as a starting point; review each employee’s allowance before enrollment. Dependent allowances are planning settings, not automatic household calculations.

Confirm enrollment

Your agency verifies enrollment and records the confirmation reference. Instant ICHRA administration is billed on eligible employees at the agreed rate, regardless of enrollment. Other service arrangements follow their agreed enrolled-employee rate.

Give employees access

Copy an employee’s personal link from the census. The employee signs in with their listed email to see their employer, allowance and enrollment status. The shopping page is a separate plan-provider flow.

Review documents and billing

The Documents tab tracks preparation and review. Your agency sets the agreed service rate and records document or signature confirmation references. Instant ICHRA uses eligible employees. This version does not generate legal documents, charge fees or send premium payments.

What is connected

Company records, employee census, contribution settings, fee estimates and checklist statuses save to your workspace. Live rates and enrollment depend on the plan provider. Card/ACH collection, invoices and member payments still require a payment-provider connection.
